Poor Service And Unwanted Checkout Charges

This appartment is having big problem of supporting tenents. Managers are not in sync. Even if you keep following up for the problems or maintainance , you need to wait for months , if you are lucky you get it fixed.

The Office is sometimes closed forno reason. The lunch time is not fixed at all. You keep wasting your time figuring out how to track property manager.

They clain it is gated community , Its just for show that there are gates. Anybody can come in because the gate donot close at all for 3-4 months. And the reason is they can not fix it. As usual its a maintainance problem.

VERY POOR in terms of mgmt, response and much more. Please do not think of even passing nearby that apprtment.

Things are getting stolen from patios.
