Only -ve about this apt is its look/appearence. Initially I hesitated to move here. Other wise it is really decent apt.


Good location, rent is very resonable and they hardly increase the rent even in big hype. Parkign is plenty. Not crowded. Ground floor are best if like patio and gardening! Outside storage room!


If you don't need all those fancy facilities from luxary apt then go for this!


Good for desis!
