* You can hear you neighbour snore thorugh the walls (honestly). * Maintainace is terrible. Washing machine was out of action for about three months. * Maintaince will walk into you appartment without as much as a knock. * Management is terrible. Two ladies. One (blond) sits in an office and is just horrible to deal with. Other (brunette) sits outside and just respons that you has to talk to the blond. * Crime is an issue. I watched a great early morning police raid and some of the folks in the community are not pleasent.
