RE: Friendly And Good Looking Staff ( over a year ago )

The person that wrote the previous review " Friendly And Good Looking Staff" must the the guy himself. He started at the same time this review was posted. Too funny!!! I don't live in this complex but I went to view the apartment and seen how it's like. The complex itself is not too bad but it is old and small. People are complaining about rent but you have to understand, this is in a prime neighborhood. This is not Bernardo ave. with bunch of cheap apartments and you can see the neighborhood compare to Cherryhill complex. The price that you are paying is the prime neighborhood and good school. The higher the living cost, the better the neighboorhood and that is the facts. About the apartment, its is only 800sq ft so it's small but I did not like the old kitchen cabinets and appliances were too old. Actually, since this complex is charging $1650 2/1, they should atleast change the old cabinets and appliances and add another $50 to the rent to make up for it. Come on now, make some changes in this complex to attract people.

These apartments are extremely small. The property managers know that the schools nearby are very sought-after and charge ridiculous rents.

NOISY NEIGHBOR, ALL THESE KIDS NEVER STOPPED SCRAMING, RUNNING AROUND, MY NEXT DOOR KIDS PLAYS PIANO, SHE OBVIOUSLY PRACTICE EVERYDAY WHEN EVER SHE WANTED, EVEN 9:30 AT THE EVENING. THE ARROGANT MANAGER NEVER HELPS TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEM, THEY ARE ONLY GOOD AT ACCEPTING CHECKS. I AM MOVING OUT SOON, I REALLY HOPE I WILL GET ALL MY DEPOSIT BACK. IT IS LITTLE ODD TO ME: I HAVE TO PAY MY RENT NO MATTER WHAT, NOT A DAY LESS, BUT , THEY CAN HOLD MY DEPOSIT FOR 21 DAYS AFTER I MOVE OUT, WHO MADE ALL THESE RULES????

I lived at Cherryhill for 2 years. Its a good location near a park and playground and schools for my daughter. The maintenance staff is very nice too. They always fixed my problems right away. I recomend living there and will return there when I move back to California in January.
