Review for Fair Oaks West Apartments

I stayed here in a 1 br apt for over a year and would say it was ok. First the bad points - the apartment walls are very thin, the ceiling used to squeak with the noise of the guy staying above me, especially in the night. Complained to Mgmt about the noise and after a month or so, the noise level seemed to have reduced. Maybe they fixed the floor above. The carpet was of low quality, getting my king size bed into the bedroom was tough coz of the constrainted floor plan. Heard from friends that there are cockroaches in some apartments but luckily did not find any in mine. The apartment is not too spacious either, the aroma of Indian food is all around the hallway. Now the good part - good tennis courts, fitness center, 6 or 7 pool tables and a heated swimming pool. Plenty of activities to kill time. Kids too have play room with toys etc. Nice friendly neighbours and people around. Overall an apartment with excellent amenities but very average floor plans and apartment space.
