Review for Fair Oaks West Apartments

This apartment is full of cockroaches,everyday I had to hunt down cockroaches,it was a nightmare.

Initially when I moved-in, I thought roaches are only my apartment, later I started asking all of my neighbors, all reported the same terrible cockroach problem.

Please stay away from this fair oaks apartment.

In addition, Management is very bad, if you UPGRADE to different apartment within fairoaks, they will refund complete deposit even if the move-out condition of the unit is very bad,
but if you move-out of fair-oaks , they try to look for all possible ways not to return a single penny in your deposit money , in addition they simply try to charge you more than your deposit and ask you to pay back.

Please stay away from this apartment.

Only thing they have is following GIMMICK to attract new residents,

-- Tennis court
-- Billiards room
-- club house etc.

but if you prefer this apartment based on these GIMMICKS, you will repent after you move-in.

This is my real opinion about this FAIR OAKS APARTMENT .
