Stay Away From Grove

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

I mean it... Stay away from Grove.. Dont fall for the newly renovated units they claim to have....
Pros: Good from inside, new appliances, good storage space
Cons: Looks horrible from outside
Poor maintenance
Non responsive management
Extra bill of $80 per month for water/trash/sewage
Parking hassle if u have 2 cars
Nearest grocery store is 1.5 miles away

I recently moved out of there after living there for 1 year and they charged me $700 for maintenance and cleaning. I wish i had never rented this place.
