Review for Heritage Park Apartments

1. One of the worst mistakes one can do in renting apartments is being ignorant of the impact of water heaters inside every individual apartment.The result is, everytime you open your electricity bill, you will experience electrocution.You will end up paying an amount which will be "n" many times higher than apartments with better amenities (eg. washer/dryer etc.,)
2. Maintenance is very very poor.The common walkway lights which doesn't work will never be replaced in time irrespective of the number of complaints you make.If you are unlucky and if such a thing happens during winter,...every single night is going to be a scary Halloween.This I'm saying because you will not be able to see who is knocking your door.
3. If you are very good swimmer, may be you can go ahead in renting this apartment.This is because, Management is least bothered about clearing the fallen leaves during the fall season and you will have to swim across the leaves.
