No Action About Noisy Neighbors

Our neighbors are very noisy(loud music), but till now no action taken. We have been complaining over and over again, but nothing helps. Now, it's like torture to live in the apartment and I wouldn't recommend this complex to any one. It was a mistake made by us renting this place.
