Do not get fooled by the seweat/nice staff that you see during move in.


The real people (So called management) only comes into picture when your ready to leave and you will be shocked to see the exorbident move out charges.


When you move out you do not get to talk to the nice/good people in the office.


So please be aware. All the discount (One month rent ) that they give you for one year is gone when you move out . On top of that you will endup paying more money :-) .


As one of the reviewer pointed out be ready to pay an additional 100 $ more on your electricity bill per month.


Most of the apt are close to the train tracks and you will get a feeling that your sleeping on a railway platform :-)
