Bad Apartment

Other than the big noise the small earthquake everytime when a train passed by, the bad management, we now have one more item on our list of why this apartment is bad. When we first move in, our apartment has an used carpet, which has some discoloration and even holes, we were told by apartment management that we don't really need to specify these on our move-in-checklist, coz it's just some small things. But when we do our fiinal move-out walkthrough, they put every of these discoloration and holes on list and told us they'll crosscheck with the move-in list. It turns out that, our security deposit is not even enough to cover those damage( which were there back when we moved in but unfortunately never made to the move-in list). I'll definitely say No if one of my friends ask me whether I'll recommend this apartment to him, coz this is by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in.
