Noisy Inconsiderate Neighbors, Unresponsive Manage

IMHO...

The neighbors like to stay up and party until 4:30 AM. The apartment management here is unable or unwilling to do anything about it.

The security guy is worthless, looks to be some old retired guy.

The only way I get to sleep when the party is on is to call the Sunnyvale, CA police. I have called the police on several occasions. When the police arrive, they do shut it down... for that evening, but the neighbors are back at it again on following days.

Some of us are considerate and do want to get some sleep (we have jobs to go to in the morning).

The neighbors also like to set their garbage outside of their door and leave it there all night - then take it to the dumpster in the morning. This invites various little animals to come and visit. (Good way for little children to get bitten by a raccoon).

Stay away from this place.
