Rented: From 2007 To 2007

While the location may appeal (being close to bus lines, Caltrain, downtown, shopping) the management sucks. You may wonder if management matters. They do. Big time, when you move out. I can guarantee that you will lose most if not all of your deposit even if you leave your unit in better than new condition. During move-out inspection the guy will sweetly tell you that he's only noting items to clean and he's not responsible deducting charges. It is when the final bill comes, that you'll get a BIG SHOCK. Heed my advice and stay away. And spread the word.
