Few Bad Experience In A Short Span Of 6 Months

Rented: From 2007 To 2007

1. My son fell ill due to bad carpet (as per the child specialist) and I gave the letter from the Doctor to the management, they did not even bother to change the Carpet even after 4 reminders.
2. Garbage bin rolled on to my new 2007 Car and damaged the back side of the car. As per the management whatever damages happen to your property they are not at all responsible, even if it s their fault.

3. Complex got 2 swimming pools. The one behind the Leasing office they keep it clean to attract the Customers. But the one on the other hand does not clean at all. Jacuzzi never served with hot water.

4. Management is thinking we are their servants, they are very particular about collecting rent every month, but don t bother to keep the complex clean.
