The management is CHEAT.
I lived only for 4.5 months in one bed room apartment, completed the full lease term, kept everything nice and clean and cleaned the apartment thoroughly before leaving, hoping to get minimal security deposit deduction.
BUT SURPRISE...they slapped a bill of additional $503.00 for carpet replacement, painting etc.

IF YOU MUST MOVE IN HERE...TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES BEFORE MOVING IN AND BEFORE MOVING OUT...YOU DIFINITELY WILL HAVE TO GO TO COURT!!!
