Locked Out - No Service During The Weekend

I had a lock out of my bedroom door today. After trying to open using a tool for a while I called the leasing office. Zita the leasing office manager says that she won't get help through the weekend (for another day and a half) and refuses to provide urgent service. She says you call report to GEM Management and quote her name. This is the kind of service you are going to get. She goes on to say write a strong letter to the management and complain that Zita said she won't provide service. I called the after hours service and they say they won't provide service when the leasing office is open.
