I suggest not to go for this apartment. It is not worth staying in this complex because of lack of maintanance, problems with laundary,high electricity bills, obviously the rent is high. You wont have piece of mind after you leave the complex also because of high cleaning charges, will make you pay extra dollars from your pocket.
