THE OLDER TENANTS PAY 3TIMES HIGHER PRICE THAN THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE .The most stupid rule.Maintenance is bad.Lots of theft.Indians are treated bad here.Very very arrogant management.carpets r not changed ,even if its 6yrs old. cars & motorbikes are stolen almost every alternate day here.apart from deposit ,you end up paying almost 2 months rent extra when u move out.
