Review for Palm Villa Apartments

It seems as though many living here are unemployed as it is NOISY ALL DAY. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors' music/TV, loud and clear, in my own apartment. The kids here are usually unsupervised as they run and scream around the courtyard.

Residents here have NO RESPECT for shared space. One of the residents parks her stroller at the end of the staircase so I have to move it everytime I use the staircase (not to mention it's a fire hazard). The resident that parks in the carport next to mine sometimes parks his vehicle right in the middle of our spaces so I have no room to park in my assigned carport! I can't count the number of times my parking space has been blocked by vehicles parked in the alley.

The management is INEFFECTIVE in enforcing the rules and resolving issues/complaints. Unless it is an emergency, they are slow when it comes to repairs. They are quick to repair vacant apartments and getting new residents to move in but if you're a current resident, you're better off repairing things yourself.

The rent is reasonable and the exterior of the building is well-kept, but don't be fooled! Spend the extra couple hundred bucks to live in an apartment you'd feel comfortable coming home to!
