It Has Gone Downhill!!!

Rented: From 2004 To 2006

I have lived in the Palm Villa for last 1.5 years and renewed my lease for another year and I am feeling sorry about it. The place has gone from being really good to really lousy with so much noise and parties all the time, things all over the walkways, people parking in your barely able to fit your car parking spot, and constant repair issues. They raised my rent $100 and wanted to raise another $200 if I didn't sign a lease and wanted to do a month to month lease. Needless to say, I can't wait to move out of here and will try to figure out a way to sub let my apartment or do a lease transfer because I can't live another 10 months in this god forsaken place!!
