Fairly Cheap, But Horrible Management And Noisy

I've lived at this place for 2 years now. THe prices have gone up extremely... Not just alittle but alot! Management sucks, if you have an emergency and you call them, they never pick up, or get back to you, until days later.. Parking is horrible, you never have parking, even if you are assigned a parking space, someone else is always parked in your spot.. When you tell the manager, she says she will have a talk with that person and thats it. Not to mention when you leave this place. Forget seeing your security deposit. They will charge you all kinds of extra stuff... Which you shouldnt even be charged for. They didnt even appreciate how clean the place was, instead she couldnt wait to slam me with all the charges...
