Rented: 2005 To 2009

We have been living in this complex for over 4 years. The complex surrounding is in very good condition. But if you need some prepare inside, you may have to wait or fix it yourself. We moved out recently and you have to watch out carefully what the document said. They charge us big amount of repair fee. Even if you sign the paper said you want to present in the inspection, they don't care. They want the safety deposit and some extra money from you.
