Stay Away, Do Not Even Think Of Renting

The vorst apartment complex you can think of. There are many places to rent in Sunnyvale, but if you still after reading this decied to rent here. By the way if you are from India and love to feel home you are in right place welcome to Remington Grove India.

ADVICE: Make sure to make note of everything. Have in mind that no matter how much you clean when moving out you will end paying for cleaning, so do not get surprised. Make sure everything is in writting, if they reject that do not agree, you will end out paying for it.

*Apartment:
It is old and not renovated for long time. If you are in the second floor you will smell everything coming from apartment below since Ven. system go through yours. This means curry, dead fish, ... .

* Managment:
Do not trust them get everything in writting. They love to rent to you but when you want to move, gud help you.

* Deposit:
If you are lucky you get some of it back, IF YOU ARE LUCKY

* maintenance:
Very bad
