Rented: From 2006 To 2006

You'll see all the smile and nice talks on your lease signing day. They would even show you a model (they'll have some excuse to not show the actual unit) which looks great. The day you move-in you face the reality. Very old apartment, with over used equiments, below average cleaning, dead carpet, and you name it. Suddenly that nice smiling face disappears and emerges a very rude management. From now on they try their best to make your life hell. Every now and then you receive a notice with some unreasonable demands - there shouldn't be anything in the patio, $25 for the regular maintenance work in the apartment like replacing a non-working electic bulb, etc.
