Rented: From 2006 To 2006

Pros: spacious apt and locationCons: horibble non responsive management, very rude, implict admin charges, keep adding rules in middle of lease, maintainence takes days. Maria is the only staff is office and she is incompetent to say the least. Can't keep any thing in your patio space charge money send you notice can't Dump any mattress or any thing except garbage. your life will be hell till you live there. Good luck
