Beware! there is a sexual offender living in Apt 7-D. You can google also on sexual offenders sunnyvale.

This apmt owner is biased against asians. He keeps on giving notices and threatens evictions, more on asians. Same offence to white is forgiven. This apmt has been also scrutized by Project Sentinel office, Sunnyvale for racial violations.
