Do not rent here. There have been so many complaints against the owner and management that it would be a complete mistake to sign a lease for any amount of time. As soon as you give them your security deposit, that will be the last time you see it. The owner is a rich guy who lives in the Los Altos hills and owns a $200,000 car, yet he scams out of their money and makes life difficult for many people. Complaints about him being racist are many. Deny him your business at all costs. Please!
