This apartment complex comes with the following features free

1. The apartment harbours criminals. If you take the underground parking (which they generously offer), chances are someone would try to
A. Steal the battery
B. Steal your car
C. Break in and steal anything worth stealing inside.

My car got broken thrice. Since this is a "secure" parking lot, there is a very good chance that it is an insider job. Maybe management is getting a cut of the loot, which is why ur rent is subsidized.

2. You will be entitled to the free service from the management. They are the biggest con men I have seen in a while.

3. You parking spot can mysteriously be assigned to many other people at the same time. This can lead to a minor problem of you not being able to park in your parking spot. The management is kind enough to tow your car away, lest you attempt to park in someone else's place.

4. Some units have the luxury (mine does) of waking up to the song of the cars driving on Fair Oaks avenue. It might piss some people off on a sunday, but guess what, you will never be late for work again. You are guaranteed to be up by 7am on any day (inbuilt alarm clock!).
