Decent Price, Very Low Quality

Management: The management is usually friendly. However, maintenance requests are either done quickly or are ignored for months. The staff below the regional manager level isn't knowledgeable about property management. Management is slow to react for important matters. The heat on the water has been out from 11/21-11/24 and counting. The management responds with it'll be done maybe soon. The emergency pager line for the management doesn't ever respond. I've tried to reach them for towing at 2am so we could park and go home, power outages at 7pm, and so forth.

Cleanliness: Roaches are a common occurence and apartment funded spraying only keeps them at bay for about a month. Residents treat the property like a trash can and toss garbage in any available place. It's not uncommon to find food smashed into the floors of the hallways. There is a large Southern Indian region population that leaves their doors open to vent almost noxious amounts of curry based food smells into the hallways.

Maintenance & Safety: Exit sign on Northeast end has been hanging by 1-2 wires about to fall for some time, despite warning management. Many of the locked doors are propped or broken by residents so they don't have to use keys. The elevators are out of service literally a week or two a month. When they do work they skip floors, get stuck, or require a button to be held to open at the right floor. The clubhouse and fitness center have been closed for longer than 6 months. The entire time we've lived here and beyond. Assigned parking is sometimes taken by residents of other apartments.

Noise: The walls and windows are thin. Any loud talking in the hallway, on balconies, or in the apartment above you will be heard nearly crystal clear throughout the apartment. Most residents treat the hallway as an extension of their apartment and let their kids play kickball, talk loudly on their cell phones, and so forth.
