Review for The Montclaire Apartments

Cons: 1. Very OLD Apartment units. They have now started to renovate which cause constant noise during the day time. They DO NOT return your deposit whatsoever. May be they use it to upkeep their old units. 2. Phone lines are old and have now started to rot. Due to this you cant have a reliable DSL internet connection. 3. Every winter their water pipes burst couple of times (remember they are old). You may be without water for the entire day. They also periodically shut-off the water supply for the renovation work. 4. Machines in the laundry room are often broken and you may also loose money due to machine malfunction (they are card operated not coin). 5. Many incidents of theft and vandalism to cars have occurred here, recently. 6. They ask you not to keep any thing (even shoes) in the patio, and they also don't have a store.
