WORST APT TO STAY.THEY SUCK YOUR BLOOD WHEN YOU MO ( over a year ago )

We were living in montcalire for past 1 year and want to get rid of the apartment becoz of lot of noise and stuff i couldn't even find one positive point why i should continue living in that apartment.4 months back over toilet overflowed due to some construction ..can you believe thiss ???? and we made a complaint at that time b'coz they are going to charge us for the damage of the carpet and stuff ..and they said that they will not charge us for those items and Now they charged us $$$1000 excluding deposit ..when we went to talk to them regarding this they overcharged us 300$$ saying one more damage which they forgot to mention previously in the statement...This is how their community works and their management ..WORST PLACE INTHE WHOLE WORLD ...PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE MOVING INTO THAT HELLL..

PARKING, AWESOME IF YOU LIKE GETTING YOUR CAR STOLEN, OR IMPOUNDED !
APPEARANCE, WELL , IT SEEMS YOU CAN ACTUALLY POLISH A TURD THESE DAYS !
OFFICE, STAFF, UM, SHOULD BE ON UN-EMPLOYMENT !
MAINTENANCE, NON EXISTENT ! JUST A BUNCH OF "WORKERS" IN "WORK SHIRTS" DOING, NOTHING !
CONDITION, PERFECT IF YOU'RE HOMELESS, AND IT WAS FREE TO LIVE HERE !
NOISE, WELL, IT AT LEAST IT DROWNS OUT THE DELICATE SOUND OF YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS BEING FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET (OF WHICH AT THE MONTCLAIRE YOUR TOILET WATER RUNS BROWN )

it's convenient. shopping plaza, starbucks, highway101, 237, good location.
most important, Montclaire has a good management team. staffs are all nice, and we had very good experience with Mr. Julio Valencia. He's very efficient, patient and sufficient. He helped us to handle the issue with local electric company who made a mistake on our account. fyi, we've moved out about one and half years ago.
for management team with Mr. Julio Valencia, we recommend our friend this apartment:)
