Rented: From 2008 To 2009

The apartments arent really that bad as this other guy says. Managers are nice though they ask for high deposit but generally the place is fairly green if you like that. Area isnt bad either and you see people walking around even in the evenings sunnyvale is fairly safe.

The bad is that the aparments arent invested in the way that they could and there are first generations folks. The only reason this is bad is because they insist on destroying the public washers by abusing them (over loading). The buildings need to be better maintained but it isnt a bad deal especially for the area.
