I signed for a 6 months lease and I find myself a lucky in that respect. I found a lease manager so inefficient and cuning that I am surpised to think of the owner that how is he still tolerating her. Her name is Rose Elward. First of all she will try to ignor all your aspiration, your friendly nature and all your feasible requests. Instead of listening to you she will somehow try to convince the apartment location, Carpet condition to her favor. Once you get into that apartment You will no more get any respect from her. She will treat you like a beggar.
