The building is truly a trap very much like the lobbies in Europe when you are traveling and not a very savy traveler with a very attractive lobby, but once you have paid for your room, there is nobody available to assist you when your room has a leaking toilet, loose animals barking day in and day out, advertise themselves in local papers and the internet as "luxury apartments," and like 21 Marinero which we as residents for many years learning like the traveler new to tricks of the Hotel owner with the manager who assists the owner make a living off of your being naive, do not even consider ever looking at one of these units falsely advertised,
having your rent increased with no repairs only to be forced out due to substandard conditions that if your request a repair and God forbid, report this group for serious health and safety code violations, you are smacked in the head and in your psyche by sick and disturbing tactics of the lawyers they retain only after the 21 Marinero Misery has only begun.

Please, if you are looking in Tiburon, do not consider this property, nor any other property run by this group with a manager and three undocumented workers who will not only make you slowly miserable, but like the innocent traveler,
create trauma after paying in good faith only to find when you are in the rented room, or the rented unit, you have been completely abused due to your lack of knowledge and experience of engaging with criminals you are supporting for years who evade local, state and federal laws and retaliate when you excercise your legal rights. potential prey of the predators with long histories of abusing tenants for the entire time we have loyally paid our rent and never are in the unit only to sleep and eat our meals which in the end was also made impossible.
