This is a great apartment that is not listed anywhere online. You can't really find it online. This is a great apartment. Mont-to-Month rental (no lease to sign) makes it very flexible. The manager select her tenants carefully since her family also lives here. The apartment is old but well taken care of. Manager's husband do a good job keeping everything nice and neat. The managements are renewing their units (I see that when old tenant move out). New stove, oven and so on. They also make sure that the noise level is kept to the minimum. Parking is a bit tight (especially the entrance to the parking), but an advantage is tenants are allowed to wash their car at a specific spot in the parking area with hose ready. Most everyone that lives here are very friendly. One down side is it's hard to track down the manager when you need her. I feel sorry that I have to move away because of a new job.
