Apartment Review for Skylark Drive

This place is incredibly unsafe! Management is friendly before you sign the lease and then unresponsive-good luck even finding the office open. We have had to call the police numerous times for noise and domestic violence issues. Vehicles aren't safe in the parking lot-even have a note posted in the mail area warning of it. Security is a real issue-drug dealers knocking on random doors, vagrants digging through the trash at all hours, and threats of property and personal damage from other tenents. <P>
The apartment themselves are in poor condition and repairs are not completed well or in a timely manner. The grounds are not kept up and the dumpsters are overflowing. <P>
Please don't make the same mistake we did...plenty of other nicer and more affordable apartments in the area. We live in a nightmare, don't make it your nightmare too. <P>
