Apartment Review for College Park Apartments

this is the worst place i have ever lived. when we first moved in it was brand new. and we thought it was great.... boy were we wrong. 1: the bathrooms... when you take a shower, the draft is so bad that you are constantly having to push the shower curtain down. the fan in the bathroom had to be replaced several times in one year. 2: the trash cans outside were never emptied. ever. they would get so bad that people would start piling things around the whole spot where the garbage cans were. 3: the construction was a nightmare. starting at 7 am. non stop. so forget sleeping. 4: on more than several occasions, you would hear screaming and fighting friends, or couples, throwing things and screaming for help. the cops were there often. 5: the management looks at you like you are scum. they will laugh in your face when you tell them something. and "tiffany" wont even give you the time of day. 6: as a younger woman, i would go tan and lay outside by the pool, and the maintainance men would stare...7: When you move out they will charge you for every little thing they have to fix whether it was wiping down a counter to cleaning the carpets. your ending balance will be around 750 dollars you owe them. 8: it would take DAYS to get something fixed once you call it in. 9: the partying that goes on there is out of control. non stop through the night. 10: you step in dog poop everywhere you go.
