My Review ( 03/07/2013 )

My wife and I decided that apartment living was a smarter idea than renting a home in the current marketplace. After selling, we wanted a place that reminded us of a home and not an apartment. My wife was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartments were, and I was impressed by the sort of polished feel the community had. The clubhouse exudes a very upscale feel which is important to the both of us as we plan on living here for quite some time. Sometimes I legitimately forget I’m living in an apartment.

“My roommates and I enjoy college park, partly because of how nice they are, but also because they have a pool, gym and spa with cabanas. I think people aspire to living in nice places like these and my friends are impressed that I’m living in such a nice place only a couple years after graduating. Best apartment I’ve rented before, for sure.”

For me this is a great place to live because it puts me right in between the mountains where I love to hike and ski, and my job in Ontario. I’m about six months into my lease and really have no complaints with apartment living, coming from a previous homeowner. I’ve had to call maintenance one time and was surprised with the quick turnaround. I spent a while searching for a good apartment locally, but most were old and not presentable enough to look at, much less live in.

I've lived here for 2 months now and I can say that this was a very smart move, financially and socially. I love the jr Olympic pool, theater, and coffee shop with the free lattes and capuccinos. Service is quick and the apt looks as good as new (actually 3 years old). College Park is very clean and quiet and I have great neighbors.

Certainly nicer than a lot of other places in the area, I previously lived at Parc Claremont and that place was a DUMP. It is a large community so I never expected it to be as quiet as a church. Sometimes does get a bit busy on weekend nights or when people are coming home but I've not once lost sleep over it. I find that the management are also hospitable if you take care to treat them well yourself, (they are people too). 5/5

I just moved in a week ago into a one bedroom unit and the finishes are all very nice. There was no real inconvenience for me finding a place at all and for what I am getting in return the rent is fair. The amenities are great as well, i have used the gym twice and find it much easier than going to another location. Have yet to use the pool but will likely be trying out the hot tub soon!

Three months in to my current lease and still loving it!
I was drawn here because most apartments in the area are old and run down while college park is new. It has nice amenities and I love the pool, always a few cute ladies out when its warm enough. The gym is nice and I was able to cancel my 24 Hour membership because I can do everything I need in there. Having a garage is a very nice touch, I don't have to worry about idiots coming by and door dinging me like at my last apartment. Office staff is nice and I'm always greeted when coming through the leasing office.

I love living here...No I am not office staff...no I do not benefit from writing this post...I just really do love living in this community. I always have my work request filled in a short time, the staff has never been rude or done anything to make me upset. But maybe that is because I follow all of the community rules and pay rent by the 3rd

OMG...im reading the review that eveyone else has posted andi cant belive that they said any wrong about this place. THe staff is always willing to help me.i mean if you go in there with an attitude what do you expect for people to be nice to you ...would you be nice? think about it...and to the idiot that wrote that they were being charged for 30 days if you read at the bottom of the notice that you received it CLEARLY states that if you are wanting to leave that you are required to give a 30 day notice. Ive never lived anywhere were you dont have to. College Park has been an incredible place to live at. I have a family and we are happy here. They have extended the hours for the club house and i cant wait to have a birthday for my son. so if your looking for a nice community with great amenities i would recommend moving into College Park Apartments!!!!!! Come see it your self do not go off what idiots say.
