I found a great apartment at a recession friendly price. ( over a year ago )

I really need to find a place to live fast, but wanted the amenities of central air and a pet friendly community (as I have two small dogs). And I have enjoyed living her for the past 10 months. Whenever a problem arises the manager stays on top of the owners until the problem is solved. When I first moved in the manager was honest about some of the property challenges, but has so far, managed to stay true to her promises (new mailboxes, pest control, etc..). Even my request for a microwave (my unit did not come with one) was honored at no additional cost to me. The maintenance team is always friendly, and although there are quite of few things that the manager is working on, it is nice to know that the manager and the maintenance team are proactive about taking care of our needs as tenants. I see great changes being made here at Woodley Hart and am glad I am getting a great apartment at a great price!

This is a great place to live if you like noisy inconsiderate neighbors, roaches and a "college dorm" atmosphere. If you're are down on your luck or can do no better, then you should fit right in at CWH. In all fairness, the building manager does a decent job in maintaining the facility and has done her best to maintain a semblance of control. However, it seems that due to this economic downturn and several vacancies, they've taken to the policy of lowering their tenant standards. The result of which has made life borderline unbearable. Even after several complaints CWH has demonstrated an unwillingness to act. I plan on taking my rental dollars elsewhere in the immediate future.
