Finding a nice apartment is never fun and can be very difficult. We wanted to live in Van Nuys and we came to this building.
The manager treated us very friendly, helpful and respectful.
I was very impressed with the building is very clean, apartments are beautiful, the landscaping, and a very nice pool.
I have lived here now for 1 year and I must say I am very happy.
The property owner really cares about the tenants.
The place is pleasant and quiet, and the office manager and the staff take great care for everybody.
