**THE BEGINING-Being Recently married to a Military person my husband and I had to find a place fast, and this happen to be what we chose. Unfortunatly I never got to look at the apartment before I moved in. The MINUTE I walked in I went to the kitchen and started looking in cabinets and to my disgusting surprise there were live and dead roaches. I asked management who then told me the apartment would be sprayed and they would be gone in a week. The apartment was sprayed but a week later they were still around. I am a neat/clean freak and couldnt even have my food in the cupboards without worrying about the roaches getting into it. 3 months later and about 10 seperate occasions of being sparyed they finaly were gone alothough I did end up seeing dead ones every now and again. They had a very low deposit which can end up helping you in the begining but can also hurt you in the end. It helped us being a 99$ deposite we were able to get it fast but in the end I had to pay 1100$ for everything.

**THE APARTMENT- The layout was fine nothing really wrong with a one bedroom apartment layout. Some of the apartments have both a washer/dryer in one machine. I thought it was cool untill for a few months when it took two hours to dry my clothes. but after that it ended up taking 4 hours for clothes to be dry and sometimes they were still a little damp. The machine doesn't have a lint trap the way a dryer does so all that sticks to your clothes or sticks in the washer and gets a moldy smell to it. And when I called to have them CLEAN it she said **** be in next week, it will take a week to get a new part for it." What part? I just wanted it cleaned. On top of that they never even showed up.

The stove and counter were another deal. We had friends in other apartments with a different stove built in and nicely placed with all cracks secure. Out stove looked randomly bought and shoved in and its cracks around in (on the the counter even for everyone to see) was this nasty sticky foam that they used to fill the cracks in the cabnets and everything. Very unpleaseing to the eye and makes it look way poor. (This foam was in a few different apartments.

**MANAGEMENT-They will do anything to make you THINK you are being taken care of. The mangager when I first moved in in August 2011 was VERY attentive and had things done as soon as she could have them done. Besides the fact that she told me the roacheres would be gone in a week instead of 2-3 months she was a very good manager and new the price of what it would cost to have anything replaced in your apartment when you moved out (in case you just wanted to now) - Because I had a big stain of red juice and there was now way it was going to come out and she could have told me the price that it would have been to replace it.

They brought in a new manager a month or two before I decided to leave. She on the other hand told me she would get my dryer fixed and they ended up never showing up. Also I asked for someone to "walk the apartment" to see what I had to replace and she told me They would come up around 12. At 1 I called back telling her I had stuff to do other than wait. And about ten minutes later they finaly came.

This mangaer also new no prices what so ever. She argued with me about painting my apartment. The originaly mangager told me if I didn't want to pay the big money it would take for THEM to paint it I would have to paint it back to the ORIGINAL color. So when I went in to ask the new manager what the color was on the wall she said "Well we are painting it all a new color anyway so we would have to go over what you did and you would still have to pay for it." I was like EXCUSE ME? Why would I be paying for THE WHOLE APARTMENT to be painted a diferent color when I only painted 4 Walls?
I also said I would prime it so they wouldnt have to and then they could paint the new color on. She argued saying "but we would still have to go over what you did so you still have to pay." THATS NOT WHAT I WAS SAYING... I was not going to pay 100$ to them for something I could do for 10$ and she didn't understand what I was saying at all and after 5 minutes she eventually gave up and told me not to touch the walls. And that they would paint them with no charge.

**THE COMMUNITY- Yes the area we poor around it. (I'm not raciest) But there were LOTS of Mexicans running around and getting areested weekly. Yes this happened on the sorrounding streets about once every two weeks. Y

You were also right next to a grocery store called STATER BROS (An Awesome place to shop for food) Also A jack in the Box, Mcdonalds, Subway, and plenty of gas stations. The mall is about 15-20 min away and Walmart was about 5 to 10 depending on traffic. It's fairly clouse to bus routes and the train station. About 2-4 min to get to highway depending on traffic and traffic lights.

**PARKING- In certain spots of the complex you have a lot of extra parking for your spouse & friends to come over but in other spots you are hoping you have another spot for your spouse. Also DO NOT KEEP ANYTHING VALUBALE IN YOUR CAR! If someone sees it and you'r doors are locked you will have a smashed window. Sometimes your lucky and no one touches your car but don't leave anything in there! It's supposed to be a gated community and it was when I got there but then they took all the locks off the doors so ANYONE could come in. My car got broken into because they saw a radio piece for an ipod (the ipod was not visible) but once they broke the window they took the radio piece off and got about 75 cents out of the middle console. (Thankfully my gps in the glove box was untouched) I've also seen a carport fall on 5 cars. Not a good day for them.
I would only recomend these apartments to people who dont plan on making it their new home to stay. Less than a year is fine here. Some apartments don't have bugs but be prepared if there are. Don't keep anything you love in your car. And if you need something fixed call 3 times to make sure they know.
Theses apartments arnt "bad" to live in but they arn't good either.
