Don't expect matinenance to respond to your complaints anytime soon if you have a problem or expect them to fix it properly when they do get around to it. Do not live there

I never lived there but I can say that I doubt you were called on for walking to loud. Maybe you were running your mouth late at night and someone had a window open. Remember, your in an apartment its gonna suck until you buy a home and even then you have complaints. So many people complain on every little thing it makes it impossible to find the right place for others. stop being a puss and move out. No one just charges you a months rent extra for no reason. U go to the office....WTF is the issue. Are you crippled?

I have been extremely happy living here. Ith is quiet and no one has given me a hard time. The neighbors are friendly and the security gate does slow down solicitors. The staff is friendly and works with you whenever there is a problem. Diana White as a landlady has been a particular blessing. If I cold afford to stay in California I would stay here.

I really like this community. The staff brings the residents together w/ resident barbeques and other events. Its great.
The office staff is encouraging and the maintenace staff is on time.

This was the first apartment i have ever lived in. I was afraid at first, from all the horror stories of other people's bad apartment experiences. I have to say that mine was a pleasant one. If we ever had a problem maintenance wise, they always made it first priority. When I lived there parking was excellent, always open spaces. I heard its tighter parking now. The apartment itself was big and spacious. The kitchen needs to be updated but it was livable. We had a pet opossum that would visit the tree by our balcony. The only bug problem i found was silverfish.. a lot of them. Besides that the only other problem i had was with the water temperature, and you could really hear when someone else was running water in their apartment. Mainly it was quiet, filled with nice families, and the management is really nice too.

If you ever have a maintenance issue, it is done that day or by the latest the next day. They are awesome about that!

The pool is also one of the best pools I have seen in apts thus far. It is one of the deepest. I think 8 feet deep.
