There are a few reasons why this apartment stinks. First, they say that they have a night patrol, but there is no security in this place. There are a few dim lights that stay on until midnight, then after that no lights are on.
PARKING HERE IS THE WORST YOU CAN DO!!! A two-bedroom unit only assigns you with one parking spot and only 16 guest spots are available. So this apartment complex is not a good place to live for a family.
APPERANCE IS POOR! They hire the cheapest companies to lawn, and the grass barely gets cut. They also blow dust under our cars instead of cleaning it. The front "fountain" never works and is dry. The management will not let you paint walls inside your unit.
THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND DISRUPTIVE!! Two options: If the manager is in her room and knock on the door, she will tell you to wait for a while or she might put the NOT AVAILABLE sign, purposely so she can play games on her computer.
THE MANAGEMENT acts very nice until you move in and sign the lease, and then they become disrespectful. The promises said on their advertisement are fake.
Do not listen to the management staff when they say they have good air-conditioning. They only have one AC (living room) so it doesn't cool down your room. That's why I got heat exhaustion during the summer of 2006 when the room measured 115 degrees F.
I would recommend the other townhouses and apartments near this town than the Walnut Heights.
Nice truth review!
