Apartment Reviews for The Verandas - West Covina

We have been living here almost 6 years.
In the beginning office staff and maintenance really drove me crazy. I gave three star for safty only becouse the area is relivantly safe (we did get burlurized, however). Also during the 6 years term we had our car vandalized. I still belive this sort of things can happen anywhere. The lighting at night is very pore too, aspecially on the back of the complex. I like current office staff much more but I belive the maintenance went down. But landskaping is very pretty, we have old trees and lots of greenary. I can see kids playing outside. There are lots of young families with kids, and a swimming
pool is greate in summer. We have very good schools in the neighborhood.
Overall location is great and curb appile and out doors wanderfull. It is a great place for the money. We could try to find better apartments in the area but failed. It was either too expencive or not that attractive/or spacios. So a year ago we moved from two bedroom unit to a three bedroom unit. I think things could be better but it is not that bad as people graded it so far
