Positive Apartment Reviews and Ratings
Quiet community ( over a year ago )

I have lived here for a little over 2 years. My apartment is very nice and has a large living room. My neighbors are very quiet as is the whole complex. I have read on here that the parking is an issue but I always have a place to park and there is a lot of parking here. The manager in the office is a very nice person and see that the complex stays nice and clean and that there are good residents that live here. I have no complaints, I love my apartment and would recommend it to all. P.S. I am glad that all the people that live here take pride in where they live and make it a nice place for us to live.

Okay, when I first moved here it seemed ok. I have lived here for six months. Since then, my bike has been stolen from my private locked garage, my car was vandalized, someone crashed into my garage door and has been stuck for the past 3 months and has yet to be prepared, and my car was towed even with a permit sticker in plain view. The management seems nice, but claim they have no authoriity for just about anything. The grounds are getting dirtier and dirtier as it appears that it is a section 8 paradise. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can get the **** out of this rat trap. By the way, I am one single person and I am paying 65 dollars a month for trash, water and sewage. Are you kidding me? Evidentally, there are no meters and the total cost of the complex is divided amongst tenants. My neighbors pay 3 dollars more for 5 people and I am 1!!!!
The area is nice, but the complex is not. I frequently find teenagers in the parking lot smoking pot. GHETTO....

When you parked the car with in the premises, they love to tow it away if parked without a tag. This is easy bread and butter for the towing Hawks, I mean people.
You park on the street next to it, city exhibits its superiority and tows it away costing about $250 to bail it out with in one day else you just might forget it. And Management does not even tell you the rules to park on the city streets. May be they do not know it either
Raise rent every chance they can get. Yes - you will say what is new in it. Every one does that. So these apartments are not exceptions.
Guest have to park outside the complex as they do not provide any, I mean any guest parking. If by chance your guest parked with in the premises and get towed away, please do not get embarrased. It is all part of Management.
There used to be a sex offender living with in the complex few years ago, but do not worry they do not prey with in the complex.
No one other than the Tenants can take their cars in. So if there is a delivery person, they can not just come in to this exotic paradise, you have to let them in and then watch for their vehicles. remember you have to watch for the hawks
Cameras are installed in the laundry room, but some smart person stole the cameras itself without any trace.
Personally the Managers are good but the policies they have to implement are not so
What a secure premises, they have to even lock the laundry, whci is supposed to open at 9 am in the morning on weekends, only if the maintenance man remembers to wake up that early. Else your clothes wait in lin eoutside the laundromat sometimes till 1 pm.
