Interesting, the other day our receptionist was out sick-so when a visitor would enter and ring the bell I came up to assist. Guess who walked in?--One of the Monticello desperation staff members-who got very uncomfortable when she saw me along with great embarrasment, because I left Monticello, and not by choice-Can you emagine being treated like trash by the people who are servicing your needs-then to turn around and not extend your lease because they could not handle the complaints? I also was told by managment at APM Property owner that I was the only tenant to ever complain-and that they are filling up fast-did I ever look around me to see how full they are. LOL-how hilarious-they send thier little office slave around to local businesses offering donuts and candy with desperate flyers =FREE RENT FOR A MONTH_FREE LATTES FREE...LOL_I am laughing my *** off as I sit in my new house-for only 1200 a month-in one of the nicest neighborhoods in west sac...dont rent from these people they are like vampires out for blood-and they want to suck you of all your resources-at the rate of 1400 for a 2 bedroom w/no utilities with customer service at the rate of a 1, with a Manager who is Miserable at the rate of a 10...and an APM Manager who is radically rude/and crazy at the rate of a 15 -watch out she will scream at you on the phone no joke-if you stand up for yourself-and dont back down-they cant handle it there...Oh you Monticello-ians need to get the **** out of WEST SAC-you dont belong here-with your high priced apartments. LOL
