Apartment Reviews for Summerwind - Wilmington

Overall Summerwind has been good to us over the last 4 years. Maintenance has been on time as promised and they have taken care of everything we have asked of them. The complex is in good condition as are the pools and other facilities. The apartments are basic with standard appliances and features, nothing fancy but nice enough.
They tend to change management staff a lot which is frustrating but the current staff is doing a good job. The singele car garages for $75 a month are a steal! use them for storage and you'll save a ton of $$ vs going to a storage place. Car break-ins and trafic noise are a problem for sure but keep your windows shut and car doors locked and you'll be OK, They do have a roving patrol that I see occasionally and they have recently installed a higher steel fence to keep people from jumping the wall which should help keep the unwanteds out.
