Apartment Review for Avalon At Woodland Hills

Management is very helpful before you move in. They show you a beautiful model and sell you on the grounds. When we moved in, the carpet hadn't been replaced in at least five years, the sinks were cracked in the bathrooms, and the linoleum on the floors was old and yellowed. They told us they would replace everything, but they never did. (They said if we emailed them once a week it would help.) Parking is conveninet for us, but we don't have many guests. We're in the process now of fighting with them about the cleaning charge for moving out. <P>
