Apartment Review for Avalon At Woodland Hills

When I moved into this complex it was smooth sailing. Once in, they got me good. I lived in a town house Bldg1. 20560 Ventura. First things first had a really bad Silverfish problem. Never taken care of. Roach problem never taken care of. Last but not least there was a loose shower door in my apartment that went overlooked, it ended breaking while my daughter was in the bath tub and it cut her leg pretty bad. I broke my lease and left with no hesitation. The elevator was broke every week, and I'm telling the truthThey will be nice to you once you move in then when you ask for something to be done it doesn't happen, search elsewhere or buy your own place if you can. There are other place and private owner that will give you more respect than they will. Just because they are in Woodland Hills doesn't mean it's luxury. There are other apartments in Woodland Hills and other surrounding areas that are just as nice. Don't make a mistake!!!! <P>
