Apartment Review for Avalon At Woodland Hills

Hi I have lived here a short while and am very disappointed. Everything keeps breaking and the office keeps telling me this week, well this week has turned into many, many months. At first appearance the complex and apartments look amazing. Then as soon as you move in you see all of the flaws. The walls are cracking and bubbling probably due to moisture behind the walls. Horrible AC unit that stinks and when turned on puts a black film over everything in your place. Gross! Run, run far away from this place. Please I am only trying to help. Thank you.
PS Bugs everywhere! They somehow crawl in through the closed windows.
